Let me HELP your child to POSITIVELY navigate through life and reduce any fears, worries or anxiety.

By using a more fun, light-hearted approach and a combination of my Coaching techniques; Hypnotherapy & NLP, I can teach them mindset tricks to give them a more positive outlook on life.

I can help make BIG changes, and FAST! - they will notice differences in just one session! (recommend 1-3 sessions, depending on the child)

I then help to shift their mindset, create a more positive outlook, gain inner confidence & release any negative beliefs that are holding them back.

Please ensure your child is open to these sessions as my techniques will not work otherwise!

Each session is unique and personal to them.

Each session is approximately 1 hour

In person (Bristol) or Online - please choose at check out.

My calendar should be available for you to choose a date. Confirmation of date is subject to availability, time of year & demand. I will work with you to find dates/times suitable. I have the full right to cancel a session with 24 hours notice if I do not feel we are a good fit together.

Ensure you leave contact details or session cannot go ahead. A consultation form will be sent to you prior to the session via email.
